Visit to the Institute of the delegation of Georgia headed by Deputy Head of the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia Vakhtang Lashkaradze
The participants discussed issues relating to simplification of customs formalities, the transition to modern information technologies, the benefits for authorized economic operators in connection with the entry into force of the Customs code of the Eurasian economic Union on 1 January 2018. With the aim of development of cooperation in the field of personnel training between customs services of the two countries, the Heads of customs administrations approved the Plan of bilateral cooperation between the educational establishment "State Institute of training and retraining of customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus" and the Department of management and human resource development of the revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia in the field of personnel training for 2018-2019. During the visit of the delegation to the educational institution, topical issues and peculiarities of personnel training for the customs services of Belarus and Georgia were discussed.
The guests were shown material and training facilities of the Institute, the customs laboratory and the center for psychological relief.
